چکیده

Nowadays, physicochemical methods of analysis are used in medical diagnostics. One can identify metabolites characteristic a particular disease. The compilation metabolic profile will facilitate the diagnosis diseases, evaluate their stage and etiology, predict treatment. goal study is to analyze metabolite composition ear-nose-throat (ENT) tissues by high-resolution THz spectroscopy based on nonstationary effects compare formed during thermal decomposition relatively healthy mucosa, polyps, cysts. Studies were performed with spectrometers operating from 118 178 GHz. chemical compounds identified using online catalogs. In all samples, there such substances as methanol, propanediol, acetaldehyde, acetonitrile, butyronitrile, methyl mercaptan, azole, ethylene sulfide, carbon sulfur dioxide. spectrum number absorption lines these much less than polyps cysts, which indicates lower concentration. products acetone, hydroxyacetone, dihydroxyacetone, propionitrile, acrylonitrile, aminopropionitrile, hydroxyacetonitrile, aminoacetonitrile, methylbutironitrile, propanal, glycolaldehyde, lactaldehyde, malone dialdehyde appear. cysts’ also contain acetic acrylic acids. High-resolution has been shown be promising for detecting disease ENT tissues.
